Saroor Nagar: Gaddi Annaram Market Committee former director Darpalli Rajasekhar Reddy submitted a memorandum to division MRO Rammohan here on Wednesday requesting to resume the beautification works of Saroor Nagar Lake.
Darpalli said, "The walking track works near Saroor Nagar Lake were stopped as mud is falling into lake while it is being removed.
Local corporator is influencing the contractor and stopped the works." He added, "If the track works are not resumed, the issue will be taken up with the MA&UD.
