Hyderabad encounter: HC adjourns plea on extradition of bodies of accused to Dec 13

Telangana High Court has adjourned the petition filed over the extradition of the bodies of accused in Disha case to tomorrow.

The court said that it could not any call as the country's apex court stayed the hearing of several pleas filed against the Hyderabad encounter. Meanwhile, the court also asked the advocate general to approach Supreme Court in extraditing the bodies of accused to their families.

On the other hand, the Supreme Court has set up a three-member committee to probe the encounter and accorded six weeks' time to finish the investigation. However, the court told the committee to take a call on the date to start an investigation which will be done in Hyderabad.
