Hyderabad: IT raids on actor Nani's residence

After the raids being conducted by the Income Tax officials on Ramanaidu studios and the residence of D Suresh Babu for allegedly evading tax. Searches were also conducted at 10 places in the city including the residence of actor Venkatesh at Dolphin Hills in Puppalaguda, Nani's residence near MCHRD office and Annapurna Studios.

Officials have found that the production costs and annual income associated with the films have been manipulated. The documents and harddisks related to IT returns have been seized. The annual income of the actors is also being verified by the officials from the auditors.
