Hyderabad: Locals rue over drain overflow in Kapra

Kapra: The residents and commuters of Srinivasa Nagar Colony are facing hardship due to the drain overflow for the past several years. Satyanarayana, a local said, "Several complaints were filed, but initiative has been taken yet by the civic authorities.

The residents and commuters are forced to suffer each and every day. The situation gets worse during peak hour of traffic. The stagnant sewage water poses risk of skidding and causing grave injuries to bikers. The pedestrians are forced to change their routes and cover their noses to avoid the foul smell emanating from the sewage overflow."
