Hyderabad: Man booked for harassing and threatening woman

A man was booked for harassing a girl and threatening to share their pictures on social media handles here at Jubilee Hills. According to Banjara Hills police, the woman (18) befriended the accused Shiva (22) at her workplace and the duo was in a relationship for some time.

However, the woman stayed away from the accused after he began harassing her. Meanwhile, the parents of the girl fixed her marriage later this month which fumed the accused. Shiva went to the woman and threatened to share their pictures on social media handles if she did not accept his marriage proposal.

Fed up over harassment, the woman lodged a complaint with Banjara Hills police who registered a case and are probing.
