Hyderabad: Man held for trying to attack estranged wife

A man was arrested on Friday for allegedly trying to attack his estranged wife with a knife here under Rajendranagar police station limits.

Lavanya who works as a private employee has been residing with her children in Bandlaguda after divorcing her husband Sai Kiran. Speculating a threat from her husband, Lavanya approached the police.

Meanwhile, Sai Kiran tried to attack Lavanya with a knife. However, she escaped from him and went to the police.

The police nabbed him and sent to remand. A case was registered against him.
