Hyderabad: Newly wed woman hangs self alleging harassment from spouse and in-laws

A newly married woman committed suicide at Bapunagar under Amberpet police station limits on Monday night. According to police, the deceased woman identified as Mobeen Khaleda Begum. The victim has married one month ago. She came to her parent's harassment house and committed suicide by hanging herself to a ceiling fan. On receipt of information, police rushed to the spot and shifted the body to Osmania General Hospital mortuary for postmortem. By registering a case under section 174 IPC police are investigating. The victim's parents alleged that due to the harassment of her husband and in-laws their daughter took an extreme step.
