Hyderabad: Sanitation women workers felicitated

BN Reddy Nagar: International Women's Day was celebrated on a grand note under the aegis of Municipal Deputy Commissioner Maruthi Diwakar at Saheb Nagar Function Hall on Sunday.

Corporators Lakshmi Prasanna Rammohan Goud (BN Reddy Nagar), Koppula Vittal Reddy (Mansoorabad), Tirumal Reddy (Hayat Nagar) graced the occasion. They felicitated sanitation women workers. They said women should strive equally with men in all sectors.

Yashoda Hospital conducted free health check up for sanitation workers on the occasion.

DE (Sanitation) Kavitha, Dr Sowjanya, Jawan Lakshmaiah, sanitation supervisor Purushottham, Prakash Reddy, Goverdhan Reddy, Bala Krishna, Yashoda Hospital Nurses Anusha, Sunitha and others were present.
