A TSRTC bus rammed into several vehicles at Habsiguda crossroads due to its brake failure on Monday. The incident took place when the bus with eight passengers on board heading to Jangaon from Jubilee bus station.
Several vehicles are partially damaged and the incident ensued to heavy jam in the area. Meanwhile, the temporary RTC driver fled away the spot.
The police registered a case and are investigating. The bus which halted in the middle of the road was moved aside.
On August 17, 2019, a lorry proceeding to Paradise in Secunderabad suffered a brake failure and rammed into a Tea stall at Bowenpally check post. No casualties have been reported.
