I will give undivided attention for welfare of youth
TRS candidate for Secunderabad Lok Sabha constituency T Sai Kiran Yadav promises to ensure that the youth will become entrepreneurs
Hyderabad: Secunderabad Lok Sabha TRS candidate T Sai Kiran Yadav has promised to focus his attention on helping the youth become entrepreneurs and secure more funds from the Centre for the development of the city. He has made it clear that he, being youth himself, knows the problems being faced by the youth.
Talking to The Hans India in an interview, Sai Kiran Yadav said that his major attention would be to ensure welfare of youth. "With the help of TRS working president K T Rama Rao, I will help the youth become entrepreneurs by planning good self- employment schemes.
The encouragement to the startups by the government through the T-Hub incubator, an initiative brought by KTR," said Sai KiranYadav. On being called as inexperienced, Sai Yadav said though he was contesting for the first time, he was not new to politics.
"My father Talasani Srinivas Yadav has won five out of seven elections. I have taken part in two elections. I am aware of public issues because I have campaigned along with my father," said Yadav. However, he said that people were happy with the schemes of the TRS government.
"Our most dynamic Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao garu has focused on providing minimum amenities like double bedroom scheme, fresh water and roads. KTR garu has brought SRDP to ease traffic problems in the city," said Yadav.
Yadav said that the city was neglected by the earlier rulers. He said, "No Prime Minister has concentrated on development of Hyderabad.
We have all things which can make Hyderabad as world-class city. Our government wants to make the city pollution free, traffic free and it would require Rs 50,000 crore. As son of Secunderabad, I will try my best to get funds from the Centre," said Yadav.
Yadav said there are no rivals to TRS as it is the strongest in the State. All sections of the society including different castes, religions were ready to vote to TRS, he said. Yadav said that his party has six MLAs and one MIM MLA which is friendly party of TRS.
"There are 50 corporators in the Lok Sabha segment and we have strong party structure and hence, the TRS campaign is visible. I am not using the money for the campaign and whereas my opponent has given agencies to put stickers on doors," said Yadav.
Yadav alleged that BJP had neglected and insulted BCs. The Prime Minister sacked Bandaru Dattatraya, who is a BC, from the Union Cabinet. They are neither interested in development of Telangana or BCs, he said.
On the impact of MIM campaign, Yadav said that in the Assembly elections, people had given a clear mandate in favour of TRS-MIM and the same alliance is continuing in the Lok Sabha elections.
Apart from the minorities, the linguistic minorities would also support TRS as the Rajasthanis and Marwaris were the worst sufferers of demonetisation.
He said that though it was a good decision, the implementation was worst as many people died standing in queues to get their own money. "We are striving and competing with each other to get highest majority as asked by KTR," said Yadav.
