Minister for Education G Jagadish Reddy stated that with the blessings of people of erstwhile Nalgonda district , the results of recent Assembly elections were going to be repeated in the upcoming Parliament elections.

In his exclusive interview with The Hans India, he stated that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was going to play a key role in Central politics after Lok Sabha elections.
Government's welfare and development activities are being explained to the people during poll campaign in both Nalgonda and Bhongir, he said, adding that at the same time leaders of the party are educating the locals on need to support TRS in upcoming elections in the interest of the State.
Ruling out the comments of both Congress and BJP leaders of no connection of regional parties with regard to Parliament elections, he said without the support of regional parties, neither NDA nor UPA had formed governments at the Centre for the last three decades.
Stating that neither BJP nor Congress is in a position to get magic figure, he predicted that regional parties would decide the Prime Ministerial candidate this time.
He expressed his anger over BJP and Congress for not providing basic amenities including drinking water and power in many villages across the India. He held the national parties responsible for the prevailing poverty , socio-economic problems and water issues across the country even after 70 years of independence.
Stating that with the vision of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, the youngest State in the country has achieved considerable development in a short span of five years.
The Minister informed that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao have an alternative national agenda for proper utilisation of available abundant resources in various places of the nation and on water management to develop the country in all aspects.
"Even though TRS MPs raised their voices on the floor of Lok Sabha over promises made in the AP Reorganisation Act and for central aid for State's development, the Centre could not extend its cooperation in the name of opposition party," he said.
Stating that political scenario across the nation has completely changed, the Minister said the graph of Prime Minister Narendra Modi was declining day by day, whereas AICC chief Rahul Gandhi had failed to play a constructive role as leader of opposition.
"Vexed with inefficient leadership, people's representatives and leaders of the Congress party are shifting their loyalties to TRS voluntarily," he said.
Stating that past sins have been haunting Congress party in the State, the Minister added that even though both Uttam Kumar Reddy and Komatireddy Venkat Reddy won several times as MLAs and also became ministers, their contribution for the development of erstwhile Nalgonda district was zero.
He called upon people of erstwhile Nalgonda district to teach a befitting lesson to Uttam and Komatireddy in the upcoming Parliament elections.
The Minister urged the leaders and cadre of the party to strive for the winning of party candidates Vemireddy Narasimha Reddy and Dr Boora Narsaiah Goud with record majorities.
He listed out State government's welfare activities, achievements in the past five years that brought name and fame to the State at national-level and urged the people of Nalgonda and Bhongir MP territorial to back the TRS in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in the interest of the State.
