The students of Jyothishmathi Institute of Technical Sciences (JITS), Karimnagar organised a mega alumnus ‘Yunakti 2019’ with the first 15 batches from 2001 to 2015 with an objective to contribute to the development of poor and meritorious students, at a private function hall in Hyderabad on Tuesday.

Karimnagar: The students of Jyothishmathi Institute of Technical Sciences (JITS), Karimnagar organised a mega alumnus 'Yunakti 2019' with the first 15 batches from 2001 to 2015 with an objective to contribute to the development of poor and meritorious students, at a private function hall in Hyderabad on Tuesday.

Attending as a chief guest, Chairman of Jyothishmathi Group of Institution J Sagar Rao said that around 8,000 students, who pursued education in JITS, are spread across the globe in various countries like USA, Australia, England, Canada etc., and occupied top positions in various sectors.

He applauded the efforts of the students, who took the initiation for organising such an event and said that he was overwhelmed coming to know about their achievements. Sagar Rao advised the budding engineers of the college to follow the footsteps of their seniors, who are successful in their lives and asked them to stay connected for reaching greater heights.

The students remembered their memories and shared their experiences with their juniors.JITS Principal Dr G Lakshminarayana Rao, Dr K Vaishali, Deans Dr SVS Ramakrishnam Raju, Prof V Bugga Rao and other faculty members were among those who were present.
