Lingaiah promises to develop Chityal municipality

Chityal (Nalgonda): Nakrekal MLA Chirumarthi Lingaiah assured of developing Chityal municipality into a model municipality in the State in a phased manner. On Wednesday, he started the borewells that were dug in municipal limits of Chityal town using the MLA funds.

Speaking on the occasion, Lingaiah said all the issues pertaining to Chityal municipality would be addressed one after the other on priority basis.

Stating that borewells were dug in the town to address water issues, the legislator informed that as a part of providing necessary infrastructure, next priority would be given to laying of CC roads, sewerage pipelines among the others.

He recalled that after identifying the problems, salaries of municipal staff in Chityal were hiked to help them render valuable services to the people of the town. He urged the people of the town to bring the issues of the town to his notice for necessary action. Party local leaders and town people participated in the programme.
