Maharshi Valmiki Jayanti fete held

Vikarabad: The birth anniversary celebrations of sage poet Valmiki were organised by the BC welfare department, here on Sunday. Speakers explained about how an ordinary person turned into a sage and became Valmiki. Speaking on the occasion, MLA Dr Anand said the issues of Boya community will be taken to the chief minister.

TSEWIDC Chairman Nagender Goud, TSMSIDC Chairman Krishna Murthy, District Collector Ayesha Masrat Khanam, BC Welfare Officer Pushpa Latha, leaders CH Ramesh, Hafiz, Lalaiah, Balakishtaiah, Ashok and others were present on the occasion.
