Mahbubnagar: 75 kids pass in karate belt tests
As many as 75 school children of different schools in the age group of 6-15 years passed in belt tests in Karate belt tests held at an event in Jadcherla on Sunday.
Mahbubnagar: As many as 75 school children of different schools in the age group of 6-15 years passed in belt tests in Karate belt tests held at an event in Jadcherla on Sunday.
The little kids who were trained by GK Master Shotokan Karate Do-India Academy, have performed excellently and exhibited their karate skills and passed the belt tests. As many as 75 students successfully passed the tests and the white belt holders got yellow belts, yellow belt holders were elevated to green belt, while the green belt were given blue belts and those with blue belts were given brown belts as per their successive level performance.
P. Yadaiah, Vice Zillah Parishad Chairman, along with Mandal Congress Party leader Mallik, Black Belt Assocaiton members took part in the certificate awarding programme. While speaking on the occasion Yadaiah said that the karate is really a great self defence art which is very much needed to each and every child, particularly the girl students must learn this art to protect themselves during any uneventfully. However, he said this art is a deadly art and it should not be used to anywhere and everywhere and must be used only during the adversaries only as a self defence to protect themselves.
"Apart from studies, learning Karate is also very good as it will not only improve the self confidence among the students, but will also strengthen the psychological strength and improve the will power of the students to achieve better. It will also inculcate discipline in life and will help students to behave with good manners," observed Yadaiah. Aswak Master, Iliyas Master and others were present during the programme.
