Mahbubnagar: Excise Minister Srinivas Goud inaugurated a BT road laid at a cost of Rs 44 lakh in Mahbubnagar on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that for the last many years the people of Amistapur were facing a tough time due to no proper road connectivity. After facing problems for so many years, now they have got a good road facility and with this, the people of Amistapur will have a better and fast connectivity.

"The road between Sagar Colony and Amistapur has been left pending for so many years. However, after the TRS government come to power, we ensured this road is constructed at a faster pace and help the people get better connectivity. In a span of just two years, we have laid this road providing better transportation facilities to public of Mahbubnagar and Amistapur," said the Minister.

The Minister further added that the TRS government was giving highest priority towards providing basic infrastructural facilities like roads and water pipelines to the people. He said very soon they would complete all the development works likes roads, culverts, gardens and parks in the district and make Mahbubnagar a smart city.
