Man gets 10-year rigorous imprisonment(RI) for killing father in Nalgonda
The 6th additional district sessions court awarded 10-year rigorous imprisonment to a man for killing his father. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 500 on the accused.
Nalgonda: The 6th additional district sessions court awarded 10-year rigorous imprisonment to a man for killing his father. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 500 on the accused.
According to Nampally CI Gouri Naidu, on the late-night of May 6, 2015 at 11 pm at Somarajugudem of Marriguda mandal Nalgonda district, the convict Pagilla Yadaiah (35), a daily labourer quarreled with his wife and beat her, on which she went to her parents house in Bangarigadda village in the district.
The accused Pagilla Yadaiah came to his father Pagilla Ramulu ( 68)'s house in a drunken state and abused his father. His father warned him and beat with stick his son. Then the accused caught hold of his father and pressed throat and pushed him on a wooden and rope oven cot.
Ramulu fell down on the cot and died on the spot. On the compliant of deceased's wife Pagilla Anjamma a case was registered in Marriguda police station and case was subsequently was filed.
After hearing the case the sessions court found the accused guilty of murder and awarded him a 10-year rigorous imprisonment.
