NGOs Staff Assn releases manifesto
As part of non-teaching staff election to be held on March 16, NGOs Staff Association under the aegis of presidential candidate Y Madhukar Raj and Abdul Kadir released its manifesto here on Tuesday.

Madhukar Raj said the election will be the 13th one.
"I've been elected as secretary and general secretary in the past.
We, the employees have played a vital role in the development of the 100-year-old university.
Because of lack of black grants for the past few years, salaries aren't been credited on the first of every month. This is a huge lose to the university.
We will fight on these issues if our panel comes to power," he added.
