The non-agricultural lands registration which was supposed to begin has been delayed due to the High Court's stay, said Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. He directed the officials to make arrangements to starts the registrations from November 25 through Dharani Portal after the HC lifts the stay.

The CM said that the government has given a detailed report to the court on the points raised by the court. He said that the land value has been decided by the officials and no one has the right to change it.

In a meeting at Pragati Bhavan, the Chief Minister also reviewed the coronavirus situation in the state and instructed the officials to take all precautionary measures in the view of corona second wave.

"In spite of rising in the tests, there is only a 10 per cent positivity rate. The overall cases across the country have also been reduced with the recovery rate of 94.5 per cent," he said.

The CM added that there are 10,000 oxygen beds available at the hospital and the number would be raised further if necessary. "As the coronavirus cases have been rising slightly in other states, there are also chances of increasing the cases in Telangana," he said urging the citizens to mandate using masks and hand sanitizers.
