People from neighbouring state Andhra Pradesh who stranded in Hyderabad due to the lockdown can now move back to their homes as special buses are being run to AP from Telangana's capital.

However, people have to agree to stay in quarantine centres after reaching their native place. Bus tickets will be issued on the Spandana web portal only if the people agree to move to quarantine centres in AP. Around 8,000 people from Hyderabad and 5,000 from Rangareddy district have applied for the bus tickets to go to their native places in AP.

The AP government have decided to run Garuda, non-ac buses from Miyapur-Bollaram crossroads, Kukatpally housing board and LB Nagar. All these non-stop buses will go directly to their respective depots in AP with no halts anywhere.

Those who want to return to their homes in AP has to book the tickets online as no current booking system is availed.
