Officials act swiftly to fill up potholes

Tandur: Commuters are suffering a lot here as potholes are dotting the roads. Incessant rains for the past four days have thrown normal life out of gear.

The potholes covered by the water are posing danger to the commuters. A road at Indur village in Peddemul mandal has been cut off and water entered agriculture fields and even into the village.

The potholes at Laxminarayanpur crossroads in Yalal mandal ant the road towards Tandur also made life difficult for travellers. Responding to the situation, MLA Rohit Reddy directed the officials of R&B to address the issue immediately. The officials rushed to the spots and filled the potholes, relieving the people of hardships.
