Hyderabad: It's common to here siblings fighting for the TV remote in almost every house. However, the clash over watching the TV channels between the two sisters has led to the suicide of one in the house. This incident has taken place under Pet Basheerabad police station limits in Hyderabad.

According to the police, a couple residing in Bhagyalakshmi colony has two daughters. The elder daughter is 19 years old, who is studying Intermediate by staying at a private hostel in Jangaon. Recently, she came home for the Sankranti holidays. The younger sister stays with the parents and goes to a local school.

In this context, both sisters quarreled over watching TV channels on Sunday, which led to a fight between them where the younger sister got the TV remote. With this, the elder sister felt very upset, couldn't bear the embarrassment and committed suicide by hanging herself in the room.

At that time, the father, who went out, returned home and found his elder daughter hanging to the ceiling fan. Immediately, he brought her down and rushed to the hospital, where the doctors confirmed already dead. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot, registered a case and investigating further.
