Police Commissioner calls for swift clearance of pending cases in Khammam

Khammam: Police Commissioner Tafseer Iqbal visited the women's police station in Khammam on Friday and inspected the case records. He directed the police personnel to clear all pending cases besides conducting counselling to married couples who approach the police station for help.

Asking the staff to be friendly with the visitors, the Commissioner added that receptionist plays a key role in receiving the people. After reviewing the pending cases, he visited the record room and writer's room and examined their premises. The Commissioner interacted with complainants who came to the police station, and enquired about the online uploading of daily records with Station House Officer and Circle Inspector Anjali.
