Professors of Telangana University should be suspended: Nizamabad PDSU
PDSU district vice-president Jannarapu Rajeshwar demanded immediate dismissal of 52 professors of Telangana University (TU), who have been appointed without proper qualification and without following the reservation roster.
Nizamabad: PDSU district vice-president Jannarapu Rajeshwar demanded immediate dismissal of 52 professors of Telangana University (TU), who have been appointed without proper qualification and without following the reservation roster.
Speaking at a press meet here on Tuesday, he recalled that Justice Ramulu and Bhaskar Rao committees were constituted to investigate the illegal recruitments.
These committees had reported that the appointments were made in a totally illegal manner and the High Court gave a stay on this, he added. He further alleged that the university funds were misused by the former Vice-Chancellor.
Kakatiya University governing body dismissed the professors, who have been appointed in a wrong way.
PDSU district secretary Karthik, Sai Krishna and Pradeep were present at the occasion.
