Nizamabad District Collector C Narayana Reddy advised the medical fraternity of Bodhan Government Hospital to win over the confidence of patients by providing best medical services, so as to win Kayakalp Award.

Kayakalp Award was instituted as part of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan on May 15 2015 as a national initiative to recognise and felicitate public health facilities that demonstrate high levels of cleanliness, hygiene and infection control measure on promoting cleanliness in public spaces.
The Collector along with Municipal Chairperson T Padma visited every ward and inspected operation theatres in Bodhan Government Hospital on Friday. He interacted with the patients and enquired about the services being provided there. He also checked medicines stock, staff attendance register and bio-metric attendance system. The doctors and staff were instructed to keep the hospital and it's surroundings clean and to maintain hygiene. He also instructed the medical team to be alert to avoid the spread of any viral deceases.
Collector C Narayana Reddy asked the hospital doctors and staff to provide services like Arogya sri, maternity operations and to distribute KCR Kits without any problems. He said the State government's directives are coming soon and will plan to build a new area hospital here, which will be accessible to the people of villages around Bodhan.
Collector Narayana Reddy asked the newly elected Municipal Chairperson T Padma to work towards the development of Bodhan. He advised Padma to look after each ward with the help of councillors every day.
Bodhan RDO Gopiram, councillors Tumu Sarat Reddy, Srikanth and others accompanied the Collector during his Government Hospital visit.
