SCCL Director S Chandra Sekhar Rao visits opencast mines in Rudrampur
Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) Director (Operations) S Chandra Sekhar Rao visited Venkatesh Khani-7 (VK-7), Padmavathi Khani-5 (PVK-5) and Rudrampur Coal Handling Plant (RCHP) in Kothagudem Area on Wednesday.
Kothagudem: Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) Director (Operations) S Chandra Sekhar Rao visited Venkatesh Khani-7 (VK-7), Padmavathi Khani-5 (PVK-5) and Rudrampur Coal Handling Plant (RCHP) in Kothagudem Area on Wednesday.
He was welcomed by Company's General Manager Ch Narasimha Rao. Earlier, the Director and along with the officials concerned examined the opencast mine VK-7 Khani and discussed the diversion of mine to underground mine system. Later, he visited PVK-5 Khani and inspected coal production. He examined the ongoing works and loading of coal at the RCHP. After his visit, he conducted a meeting with all officials at the General Manager's office and enquired about coal production and its transport.
Staff officer to Director Devi Kumar, Staff officer to General Manager Narayana Rao, Area Engineer Damodhar Rao, Deputy General Manager Jyothi, officials Nageswara Rao, P Srinivas, Srinath, Mobin Pasha and others accompanied the Director.
