Kothagudem: All the arrangements have been made for the internal staff football competitions of the Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) at Prakasham Grounds, informed Company Deputy General Manager (Personnel and Welfare) D Solman.
On Wednesday, he inspected the arrangements at the Prakasham Grounds. Later, speaking to media people, he said the SCCL was giving importance to conducting sports and games for the employees. As part of it, the company was going to conduct internal football competitions from Thursday. The three-day competitions will see six selected teams battling it out for the title. He appealed to the people and sports lovers in the town to come and encourage the players.
