Scolded for playing PUBG, Class 9 student ends life in Nizamabad

A Class 9 student committed suicide by hanging himself to the ceiling fan on Thursday after he was scolded by his parents for playing PUBG.

Shreyas, a native of Nizamabad was the son of Nizamabad 19th division corporator. The boy who was learned to be addicted to the game had been scolded by his parents for spending a lot of time playing the game.

Hurt over his parents scolding him, Shreyas hanged to the ceiling fan in his room. The police registered a case and are probing.

On April 2, an intermediate student, Sambasiva had also ended his life after his parents reprimanded him for playing the PUB G game and asked him to prepare for the exams.
