Secunderabad: Deepak John, currently working as chairman of Social Media department of Telangana Congress Committee, was appointed as national coordinator for Data & Tech Cell of All India Congress Committee. This was announced by the AICC in a press note issued on Thursday night. Earlier, he had been working as regional coordinator of Data & Tech Cell of AICC.
Deepak John is a pass-out from the London School of Economics & Political Science and also holds an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune. He worked in various senior HR positions in the corporate sector for 14 years and has been active in the Congress party for the last 20years.
Deepak John had tried to contest as an MLA on a Congress ticket from Secunderabad Assembly in the last assembly election but in vain.
