Secunderabad: The talk of multi-level parking at the Rathifile Bus Station has been doing the rounds for several years now; in the meantime, the facilities have gone from bad to worse. On average, more than 100 trips are made at the station and thousands use the facility. The lack of proper toilets is a cause for worry and is causing inconvenience to a lot of passengers.

People are facing hardships due to innumerable problems due to foul smell the washroom. Also, there is no drinking water facility. The surroundings are not cleaned.

" We have received several complaints about the stink of public toilets stink and that toilets are only temporary purposes. Soon a public toilet is going to be constructed beneath the Metro pillars," said N Sudha, Divisional Manager, Rathifile Bus Station.
