Supreme Court asks Telangana, AP to submit report on teachers' vacancies

The Supreme Court on Friday asked Telangana and Andhra Pradesh governments to submit a detailed report on vacancies of teachers in schools.
It further directed the chief secretaries of both states to be present before the court if failed to submit the report within three days.
Justice Arun Mishra dealt with the petition on behalf of tribunal bench which filed in connection with the vacancies of teachers in schools and infrastructure.
Earlier, the two states sought time to submit the report due to the election code when the court asked.
