BC Sankshema Sangam national president and former MLA R Krishnaiah called upon students to fight for issues related to the education sector for their better future.

Suryapet: BC Sankshema Sangam national president and former MLA R Krishnaiah called upon students to fight for issues related to the education sector for their better future.

He attended as the chief guest at the BC Vidyarthi Garjana held at Public Club in Suryapet town.

Addressing the gathering, he said, "the future of the country lies in the hands of students and he suggested them to contribute valuable services to society after realizing their personnel dreams."

He demanded the government to pay Rs 600 as pocket money to hostel students and bear all kinds of fees of students so that they could excel in their studies.

Stating that as many as 50 students have been staying in each hostel room, he said that only 5 persons are staying lavishly at Pragathi Bhavan, the CM's resident.

He demanded the government to release pending scholarships to students.

BC Vidyarthi Sangam leaders Veeraboina Lingaiah, P Ramakrishna Yadav, N Venkatesh, Anji, G Krishna, Manssoor, Shradha Devi, Karunakar, Mahesh and large number of students participated.
