Close on the heels of a nine-month-old girl molestation in Hanamkonda, a three-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by a youth at Nizamabad district on Sunday.
The accused identified as Sravan took the girl to an isolated place while she was playing near her home and sexually assaulted her. He later dropped her at her home and went absconding.
Meanwhile, the girl shared the matter with her mother who then lodged a complaint with the police against the accused. The police registered a case under POCSO act and launched an investigation.
