Telangana: High school exams likely to get postponed over coronavirus scare
Though the students are overjoyed over the closure of schools over coronavirus scare, their parents are worried about the syllabus not being completed for the Classes between 6 and 9.
Telangana: Though the students are overjoyed over the closure of schools over coronavirus scare, their parents are worried about the syllabus not being completed for the Classes between 6 and 9.
The government has announced to shut down the schools till March 31, which is three weeks before the commencement of the examinations. The exams for the high schools are scheduled to be held from April 17 to April 23, 2020.
"No decision will be taken until an announcement from the government and the exams will be held as per the schedule," said an official from the education department.
The officer also said that either they will postpone the exams until after summer vacation or promote the students based on their attendance if the holidays are extended.
