TSRTC employees, all-party leaders stage protest at MGBS

Hyderabad: TSRTC employees along with opposition party leaders staged dharna at Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station at Imlibun on Monday.

Leaders of Congress, CPI, CPM and Telangana Jana Samithi were also present. The workers raised slogans of 'CM down down', 'Merge RTC with government', 'Bus ka Pahiya Nahi Chalega'.

TJS chief M Kodandaram criticised the government for not calling the workers for talks. He said that it has been 17 days since the strike was started by RTC workers. It is the responsibility of the government to call workers for talks, said Kodandaram. Congress leader V Hanumanth Rao, CPI leader Chada Venkat Reddy and others were also present.
