Warangal: Telangana State-level Chess competitions on December 21 and 22

Warangal: The AVV Educational Institutions, founded by Chanda Kantaiah Sresti, will organise Telangana State-level Chess competitions on December 21 and 22.

The event is being organised as part of the completion of 75 years, Institutions Correspondent Chanda Vijay Kumar said. The organisers would give Rs 25,000 cash and a certificate to top 20 players.

They would be conducting Chess competitions for under 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15 years boys and girls. Mayor Gunda Prakash Rao released posters of the tourney.

AVV College physical director Barupati Gopi, Chess association joint secretary Bollam Sampath, incharge principal Gande Srinivas and others were present.
