Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan assured to extend all necessary help to the Telangana State government in its efforts to combat Covid-19.
Hyderabad: Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan assured to extend all necessary help to the Telangana State government in its efforts to combat Covid-19.
The minister gave this assurance when Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, G Kishan Reddy and State BJP chief and Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar met him on Thursday and sought the Centre's help to the State government.
Disclosing this Sanjay Kumar said that the health minister has given the assurance when he was briefed about the cases of coronavirus surfaced in Karimnagar.
The BJP MPs from the State have submitted the details of the coronavirus positive cases and the patients and briefed him about the current situation in Karimnagar.
The State BJP chief asked people of his constituency in Karimnagar not to be panic but asked them to be cautious and taken preventive measures by not coming out of their houses, to reduce social interactions.
He said that the District Collector and the health administration in the district are engaged in preventing the spread of the coronavirus.
He asked people to extend their cooperation to the preventive measures advised to them.
