In a horrific incident, a woman killed her two sons after a quarrel with her husband on Saturday here at Siddipet.
Chintala Saroja, a resident of Ganesh Nagar stuffed cloth in her sons' mouth - Ayan (5) and Harshavardhan (2) mouth and stabbed them to death with beer bottles.
Saroja, a native of Thukkalapalli in Jagtial got married to Chityala Bhaskar of Bawapur village of Koheda mandal seven years ago. It was an inter-caste marriage.
Bhaskar who worked as an outsourcing employee in TSRTC has resigned two months ago and is now working car driver. The couple. For the last week, the couple is reported to have quarrelled frequently.
On Saturday, she wrote a suicide letter saying that she had differences with her husband and decided to end her life after killing children. However, Saroja who did not dare to kill herself surrendered before the police.
