All set for launch of new 108 and 104 services in Andhra Pradesh on July 1

The Andhra Pradesh government that has approved 108 and 104 ambulance vehicles to provide essential medical services to the people of the state in an emergency is now going to launch new vehicles. As many as 1,060 vehicles with state-of-the-art amenities are expected to hit the road starting from July 1. Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy would launch the new vehicles at Vijayawada Benz Circle.

Jagan's decision to extend medical services to every remote village in the state has bought the new ambulances. The government also hired drivers and staff for 108 and 104 services. With this, new ambulances will be launched in the state from July 1st. These services will be useful in these unprecedented times of Coronavirus outbreak.

Meanwhile, the number of coronavirus positive cases is increasing in Andhra Pradesh. A total of 793 positive cases were reported today, according to the state health ministry's health bulletin. Of these, 706 cases were reported from the state while 87 were from other states and abroad. With this, the total number of cases in the state reached 13,891 including 7,479 active cases and 6,232 recovered cases from. While the total number of corona deaths reached 180.
