Andhra Pradesh: JC Diwakar Reddy fined Rs. 100ore in illegal mining case

Andhra Pradesh mining officials have given an rude shock to former TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy in illegal mining case. It was decided to impose a fine of Rs 100 crore on JC Diwakar for committing massive irregularities at the Trishul Cement Factory. He was warned that if the fine of Rs 100 crore is not paid, confiscation of assets will be carried out under the R&R Act. About 14 lakh metric tons of extortion was found by the authorities at Kona Uppalapadu village in Yadiki mandal in Anantapur. It is alleged that the valuable limestone was mined and sold illegally.

Trishul Cements obtained permits in the name of his housemaids and drivers. In addition, the process of transfer of shares from employees to family members was carried out after the approvals were received. However, it is knew that the various irregularities resorted by JC Diwakar Reddy under the TDP government has already come to light. Authorities are known to have taken action against illegal mining as well as violations of JC Travels regulations.

On the other hand, it is known that the authorities have already announced that they have found irregularities in the Sumana and Brahmaramba mining companies run by the Diwakar Reddy family in the Muchukota forest area in the Peddappur mandal of Anantapur district. Showcause notices have been issued to two family members of JC Diwakar Reddy for operating illegally in two dolomite mining quarries.
