Man kills woman on suspicion of affair with another man in Anantapur

In a shocking incident, a woman was brutally murdered by her lover in Anantapur over suspicious leaving her two children orphaned. According to One Town Circle Inspector Pratap Reddy disclosed the details of the incident to the media on Saturday midnight. Yashoda, 32, from the city, was married to Shankar, a rod bender from Raninagar, 12 years ago. They have two sons, Tarun Tej and Yashwanth. Four years later, the couple separated due to quarrels. Yashoda got acquainted with Mallikarjuna, an auto driver from Bukkarayasamudram Masjid Kottala, who is married and has two children. He has been living in Ashok Nagar in the city for two years. While Vijayalakshmi accommodated both the sons of Yashoda in Kotha Cheruvu hostel.

Mallikarjuna suspected that Yashoda was having an affair with someone else. There was a lot of controversy over this issue. The two had a heated altercation at midnight on Saturday in this order. Yashoda succumbed to injuries shortly after being hit on the head by a rod with enraged Mallikarjuna. Mallikarjuna then fled from the spot.

However, the accused Mallikarjuna called Sanjeev Kumar on Sunday morning and told him that he had killed his sister in law. With this, the Sanjeev Kumar couple went to Ashok Nagar immediately and saw that the door was closed and no response came from inside. They then informed the police. Yashoda was already dead when police arrived and broke down the door. With this, sister Vijayalakshmi wept a lot cursed at Mallikarjuna for killing his sister and orphaning both the children. One Town police examined the scene and registered a case and carried out the search operations for the accused.
