AP Assembly Secretary issues privilege notices to three TDP leaders for the remarks on Speaker

Ever since the YSRCP has come to power in Andhra Pradesh, there has been the war of words between TDP and YSRCP. Most of the leaders are crossing the lines with verbal abuse among the leaders. Ironically, The Speaker of the assembly is dragged into this verbal abuse. TDP leaders Nara Lokesh, Achchennaidu and Kuna Ravi Kumar, have foul-mouthed Speaker with inappropriate words violating the norms of the assembly.

In this backdrop, the Assembly Secretary has sent notices to Kuna Ravikumar and Chandrababu for making inappropriate remarks to the Speaker in the course of criticizing the Speaker. The Secretary of the Assembly ordered the reply within a week.

With the assembly session scheduled from December 9, these notices have got importance as the Speaker would decide to suspend the leaders as mentioned above. It remains to be seen how the TDP would react to these notices and what action do Assembly speaker would take.
