AP ESI scam: Achchennaidu would go to jail soon, says Labour minister Gummanuru Jayaram

The Andhra Pradesh Labour minister Jayaram has asserted that the perpetrators in the ESI scam will not be leftover. He alleged the then TDP government and Chandrababu of resorting to the corruption of hundred crores and asserted that the government would take stern action against the accused who deceived the people in the name of procurement of medicines with high cost.

Speaking about the allegations on Achchennaidu, the minister said that the letter written to the Prime Minister regarding the procurement of medicines is itself is the proof that Achchennaidu had resorted to the scandal. He opined that Achchennaidu would go to jail.

The Minister said action would be taken based on the vigilance report on corruption.
