AP Govt To Credit Salaries For Outsourcing Employees On 1st Of Every Month

The government Andhra Pradesh has given a good news to the Outsourcing employees who are working government offices. The govt has announced that all the employees would be credited their salaries on 1st of every month. the decision came out as and when the chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy understood the problem of the employees who are no receiving salaries for months and also assured to pay the pending salaries for about six months. There are approximately 21,250 contract and outsourcing employees in the district.

Previously, a separate budget would have been required to pay salaries to contract and outsourcing employees working in different branches. They are paid salaries only when the budget comes. This means the employes have to wait for at least six months for salrieswandering off. The latest decision taken by the state government is a good news for AP employes. The government has ordered officials to credit the salaries on the 1st of every month irrespective of budget.

Fourth class (Cook, Kamati, Watchman) employees working in BC welfare houses are waiting for six months' salary. There are 128 fourth class employees in the district. The budget, or arrears since April, has gone up. Under these circumstances, the government has made a six-month salary payment within two days. Approximately Rs. 96 lakhs have been deposited in the accounts of employees.
