AP lawyer complains to President of India and governor on YSRCP MLC for remarks on judiciary

A complaint has been lodged with the President of India and Andhra Pradesh governor against the ruling party's MLC in the Andhra Pradesh. Advocate Lakshminarayana has lodged a complaint against YSRCP MLC Pandula Ravindra Babu to the President and the Governor by email. He was referring to Ravindra Babu's remarks to the court and lawyers in his complaint. Lawyer Lakshminarayana sought the governor's permission to file a complaint directly. He said in his complaint that Ravindra Babu should be disqualified as an MLC. He said that the courts have been criticized and making comments with the aim of damaging the reputation of the courts. It is is necessary to figure out who is behind this whole affair.

Lakshminarayana has already lodged a complaint with the High Court CJ on the matter. Lawyer Lakshminarayana has already written a letter to the Chief Justice of the High Court complaining that Ravindra Babu had recently made controversial remarks aimed at the court and judges. Lakshmi Narayana said in his letter that such remarks were an attack on the judiciary and said it was not right for Ravindra Babu, who was elected as MLC in the governor's quota, to speak against judiciary.

Ravindra Babu on the occasion of Governor Bishwabhushan Harichandan's approval of AP Three Capitals and CRDA repeal bills has celebrated the event by immersing the CM Jagan's flexi with milk in Giddivanchita of Allavaram mandal of East Godavari district where he made some sarcastic comments on judiciary as reported by a popular website. The MLC has reportedly said, "Neither the judiciary, nor Chandrababu, nor the judges, nor the cases can stop Chief Minister Jagan Mmohan Reddy,"
