Collector helps aged woman cast vote

Kakinada: East Godavari Collector Kartikeya Mishra and Kakinada parliamentary constituency observer R Nanda Gopal visited model polling station at Mallayya Agraharam in Municipal Corporation School here to inspect the poll process.

Both the poll observer and the Collector expressed happiness over the availability of dirking water, wheelchair arrangements for differently-abled and the process of welcoming the voters by staff.

The poll observer and collector helped differently-abld 91-year-old woman Kotipalli Nookalamma in exercising her franchise. The observer welcomed her with a rose. Both the officials expressed satisfaction over the arrangements.
