Critically injured shifted to Mumbai hospital
Visakhapatnam: Joshi, who was critically injured when an offshore supply vessel, Coastal Jaguar, caught fire in Visakhapatnam recently, was shifted to Mumbai by helicopter on Sunday for better treatment.
The 24-year-old was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai under the supervision of Joint Collector II Venkateswara Rao and District Medical and Health Officer S Tirupati Rao for better treatment.
According to sources, he was shifted to Mumbai hospital following a directive by Tourism Minister M Srinivasa Rao and District Collector V Vinay Chand. Meanwhile, seven persons were undergoing treatment at MyCure Hospital in Visakhapatnam. Of which, the condition of Bharadwaj,24 and Anwat,39 is said to be in critical.
