Divis provides water to five villages

Visakhapatnam: Noticing the severe drinking water crisis in Gudiwada, Moolakuddu, Chippada, Pedanagayyapalem and Annavaram villages of Bheemili mandal, the Divis Laboratories Limited took up summer water supply scheme to the last end household in the five villages.

As a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility activities, the Divis managements deployed four water tankers and supplying the drinking water covering 12,000 people of 3,200 families in the five villages. The Divis management has announced to extend the drinking water supply to Tagarapuvalasa and Bheemili in a couple of days, said Srinagaraju, CSR official of Divi's.

The management is covering all the five villages Gudiwada, Moolakuddu, Chippada, Pedanagamayyapalem and Annavaram. We have already established 13 'Sujalam' RO plants in at all the five villages and a total of 35 RO plants in the Bheemili zone.
