TDP senior leader and former MP JC Diwakar Reddy's buses have been seizing for various reasons. In this situation, JC Diwakr Reddy is jolted with yet another shock as the High Court has issued notices to JC's son Pawan Reddy and daughter in law Samyuktha Reddy on the Limestone Mining Lease grant to Trishul Cement Company. The court also issued notices to Trishul cement companies and business partner Venugopal Reddy. A bench comprising Chief Justice of AP JK Maheshwari and Justice G Shyamprasad, who was hearing the case on Tuesday, gave the order. The next hearing is set for December 30.

However, in 2011, a man named V. Murali Prasada Reddy of Tadipatri filed a PIL in the High Court seeking a probe with the CBI for alleged fraud by the Trishul cement company for leasing the limestone mining. The High Court held hearing the case in September this year and issued notices to Gopalarao, Thimmapuram Devaputradu, J. Naga Subbaraidu, K. Silas. The latest one JC's son and Daughter in law received notices.

On the other hand, rumours of a JC's changing the party are in the spotlight. JC seems to have told JP Nadda about the attacks on his bus travels and the ongoing attacks on TDP and BJP activists in the state. After JC meeting with Nadda, it was reported that he had BJP MP Sujana Chowdary.
