Maoists killed former Naxal In Visakhapatnam agency accusing Him Police Informer

In a most brutal act, the Maoist have killed a man in the agency citing him to be an informer. The incident took place at Peddapadu village of Gudem Kothaveedi mandal of Visakhapatnam district where Lambayya was killed by the CCI Maoists yesterday night. All of a sudden, the incident has created turmoil in the agency.

Going by the details, Lambayya had previously worked in the Maoist party and was surrendered to police and leading a normal life in public. However, Maoists suspected that he was secretly passing on his information to the police.

In this backdrop, Lambayya was caught on the road and shot dead. Knowing the matter, family members came to the venue and bitterly agitated. Police forces have arranged stringent security in the wake of Lambayya's murder.

This is the second such murder happened in a week in the garb of informers.
